What is it
ORDER MANAGEMENT AUTOMATION enables optimal management of the activity of tracking orders received, making people’s work more efficient and improving the processes of the parties involved. The purpose of the solution is primarily to minimize manual activities and to have a greater capacity for formal and substantive control of order validation, entry and management activities.
METHOD
Through an AS-IS Scenario Assessment session, executed according to the B4 methodology, we analyze and identify the intervention areas, which are necessary to automate and optimize the entire process in end-to-end mode.
The interventions are divided into 2 main implementation phases:
- Quick-Win Phase, which is the automation of individual tasks aimed at reducing the most time consuming activities;
- Consolidation Phase, which is the introduction of an end-to-end process orchestration solution.
