Antonio Crinieri
CEO & FOUNDER
Over 25 years of managerial experience in Telecommunications, Technologies and Managed Services, during which he participated in the startups of Omnitel (now Vodafone), Fastweb and Visiant Next, concluding his managerial career as CEO of a large ICT Services and Business Process Outsourcing company. Since 2016 he has been Entrepreneur and CEO of the BE FOR group, of which he is the main shareholder. Passionate about innovation and technology, applied pragmatically to real market needs.
Luca Terzi
COO & FOUNDER
Through 20 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing sector, he has acquired strong skills in optimizing business processes with the methodology of Operational Excellence, which allows the reduction of management costs combined with a simultaneous increase in the quality perceived by the stakeholders, which can be reached through a skilful combination of Process and Technological Innovation.

Over 20 years of experience in the field of Technology Innovation, with managerial roles in leading Consulting companies and in large ICT, Telco and Business Process Outsourcing companies, up to becoming CEO of Advalia, a technological innovation startup, focused on digital transformation projects and applications through Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Natural Language recognition technologies.

Over 20 years of experience in Project & Program Management activities, with managerial roles in leading Consulting companies and in large ICT, Telco and Business Process Outsourcing companies, during which she was responsible for successfully guiding and coordinating important and complex cross-functional projects, with strategic value, combining business sensitivity, Agile methodology and strong skills in technological and process innovation.
Carmen Durante

Over 20 years of AFC experience in the Utility, Telco and ICT markets with managerial roles in consultancy and large companies. She has followed M & A projects, implementation of management control models, improvement of credit management, reorganization and redesign of the main company processes. Her talent lies in the effective management of complex scenarios and in bringing order to problematic situations, transforming them into areas of excellence.
Gianluca Brochiero

Over 25 years of career in sales and marketing, with managerial roles in innovative System Integration and Software Vendor companies, for the main Enterprise markets, and in particular Telco, Utility, Insurance and Finance. His training, combined with his passion for innovative technologies and his aptitude for problem solving, have allowed him to adopt an approach increasingly oriented towards the sale of digital IT solutions, capable of satisfying even the most complex customer needs.
