What it is and what it does
DIGI-HEALTH 4.0 is a digital ecosystem capable of optimizing the steps of collecting the data necessary for the diagnostic process (e.g., symptoms, reports, analysis, images, etc.) and doing initial processing to identify possible pathologies, with the aim of facilitating the intake, analysis, and identification of the best treatment pathway, by medical specialists.
The ecosystem enables the use of all typical telemedicine management features, through the combined use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms (both text and image), Omni-channel Conversational Chatbots (both text and video channels), integrated with the most advanced Augmented and Virtual Reality features, with 3D processing according to DICOM (Digital Imaging and COmmunications in Medicine) standards, and with appointment making features between the doctor and the patient.
B4’s proprietary Machine Learning algorithms, based on Deep Learning neural networks called Convolutional Neural Networks (a special artificial neural network, mainly used for image analysis and the application of graphical filters), allow the Artificial Intelligence to be trained to recognize images (e.g., dermatological diseases, x-rays, etc.), documents (e.g., laboratory analysis, medical reports, etc.), and information (e.g., symptomatology, lifestyle habits, etc.), collected by the conversational engine.
